EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

Rysi Koos (she/her) is a senior majoring in Creative Writing with a minor in Adolescents, Community and Education (ACE). She is currently the literary editor-in-chief at Persona. She also works as a tutor to student athletes at C.A.T.S. Academics. She loves working with Persona because of its commitment to developing an artistic community at the University of Arizona. She thinks everyone should read Chainsaw Man by Tatsuki Fujimoto.

Alexandra Castrejon (she/they) is an aspiring poet and book editor. She is a junior at the University of Arizona studying English Literature and French as a minor. She loves reading books and listening to music. She joined Persona because she loves editing and reading students’ works. She has a dog named Kiko.

ASSISTANT EDITOR IN CHIEF

Nagasriya Ramisetty is a sophomore at the W.A. Franke Honors College studying Physiology and Applied Humanities with an emphasis in Public Health and is pursuing minors in Creative Writing and Adolescents, Community, and Education (ACE). Sriya has always wanted to create and understand stories across disciplines. She is involved on campus as a Pre-Health Ambassador, Health Humanities Hub intern, and student producer of TEDxUniveristy of Arizona events. You can find her cozied up with coffee and a good book at HSIB or exploring the food scene here in Tucson.

ASSISTANT EDITOR IN CHIEF

Danielle Hartshorn is a junior at the University of Arizona majoring in English and minoring in Creative Writing and Professional and Technical Writing. At Persona, she's currently an assistant editor-in-chief. She also works at the Daily Wildcat as a news reporter and at Pine Reads Review as a writer and editor. She joined Persona because she's a voracious reader passionate about all types of storytelling and believes that artistic expression is a fundamental part of who we are. Outside her studies, she loves diving into a good book, playing video games, drawing, and spending time with friends.

SECRETARY

Makena Nguyai (she/her) is a junior double majoring in English and Pre-Business with a minor in Studio Art. She joined Persona to get experience in editing and collaborating with other students as well. She loves working with Persona because it allows to meet other literary lovers and engage in discussions about fiction. In her free time she enjoys reading, singing, listening to music, and reading Webtoon.
